About Tabernacle
Tabernacle Methodist Church is an historic church with a vibrant vision to follow Jesus, making disciples who transform our community and world. Birthed in 1800, the church has a long, rich tradition of serving our community and a consistent mission to take our next step with Jesus and help others take theirs.
We meet together at two different times on Sunday mornings on our campus. Our 9 am service offers contemporary worship and takes place in our Christian Life Center, while our 11 am service is traditional in style and is held in our sanctuary. The same themes and message are a part of both services.
Throughout the week, we strive to be the church in our neighborhoods, schools, work and social gatherings, looking to build relationships that allow us to serve others. We welcome all people, whether skeptic, spiritual explorer or long time Christ follower to join us in exploring how Jesus Christ might transform the way we live and love. As long as you don’t have it all together, you will fit right in!
Faith
Faith is the cornerstone of our church.
It is part of every activity that we do, every meeting that we hold. We believe in our Lord, and that our actions are a reflection
of his goodness.
Scripture
We look to the Lord for guidance in our lives. In Scripture, we find all that we need to guide us in the right path. Reading and understand Scripture helps us all live meaningful lives.
Community
Join us. We welcome each and every one of you to encounter the Lord's unconditional love with us. Inside each of us is a purpose and meaning to be fulfilled by God.
